1.        Do a residential feasibility report – this will tell you what you or cannot do with your land based on your local council.
2.        Be clear on what you want to do exactly after reading this report
3.        Engage a residential drafting services consultant to help drafting your design plans and help with DA applications for local councils, such as St George Area in Sydney.
4.        Engage a builder to get an accurate quote based on the specifications and architectural drawings.
5.        Obtain a CC by your residential drafting service consultant.
6.        And you may begin the building work!
